Bids are hereby invited from suitable qualified and experienced service providers for the following: Provision of clinical psychologist services for Ingquza Hill Local Municipality for a period of 3 years. Scope of work: The municipality is seeking services of qualified clinical psychologist, Counselling psychologist or industrial psychologist. Providing psychological services 1. Must be able to assess employee’s needs, abilities and behaviour using variety methods, 2. Be able to devise and monitoring appropriate treatment programs including therapy, Psychometrics tests and assessments, counselling and advise, 3. Must be able to provide coping skills for future relapses, 4. Rating must be based on HPCSA standard price, 5. Must be able to establish rapport with the employees, 6. Sessions must not exceed a maximum of 9 sessions per employee, 7. A progress report must be submitted to EAP office after all sessions have been completed. Other Services: Must be able to do presentation as sometimes he or she will be invited by EAP office to do awareness or information session for IHLM employees which will include: 1. Information session on mood disorders, 2 .Awareness on substance related disorders, 3. Anxiety disorders, 4. Adjustment disorders. (Tender №105421201)
