Customer premises device: Included; • Public IP addresses: 5 usable Public IP (IPv4); • Reliable and secure service, with end to end SLA guarantees 99.5 %; • Installation and configuration should be done within 4 weeks, if this period exceeded penalty or contract termination will be applied, project plan should be included; • Contract should be signed by both parties, before SEFA user uses your services; • SLA guarantees 99.5 % uptime and service maintenance should be schedule 2 days in advance; • Service provide should have their own call centre, with 24/7 Call Centre for support; • SIP • Maximum of 15 sip truck per office • With direct caller identification, 15 allocated numbers.
