(NB: TKZN will book the accommodation for the guests and main dinners). • Cater for refreshments during the tours (soft drinks, juice, water, and snacks for the guests in the vehicle while travelling with the guests for the duration of the tour) and avoid counterfeit snack brands. • Snacks must be prepacked nicely for individual guests. • The budget for lunches where the tour operator is responsible is R350pp including drinks. • The vehicle must be cleaned daily. • The driver and guide must provide their own meals and accommodation.
