Proposals are hereby invited for the appointment of a suitably qualified service provider to review the current organisational structure, design and develop new job profiles, conduct job evaluation and a salary benchmarking exercise for ECSA. The objectives of this project are: • To ensure an equitable salaries structure within ECSA. • To ensure ECSA pays its employees competitively. • To ensure compliance with best practices. • To ensure parity in similar jobs. • To strive to retain and develop critical skills.
