Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Strip, repair, reassembly & test hub. Scope of work: 1. Replace all old studs, washers, and nuts (Back nut and wheel nuts); 2. Clean and Inspect gears and shaft gear for wear; 3. Clean shaft and inspect gear and spines; 4. Replace item no. 53 and 54 (Bearings); 5. Replace item no. 55 and 121 (Bushing); 6. Replace item no. 50 and 51 (Ring seal); 7. Replace item no. 303 (0 Ring); 8. Clean and repair holes on item no. 42 (Hub), Fill and rebuild holes with internal splines to accommodate tight stud"s fitment; 9. Clean and inspect gears on item no.302 (Piece, transition); 10. Fill and rebuild holes into correct size on item no. 302 (Piece, transition), that will accommodate tight stud"s fitment; 11. Remove broken inside pieces of item no. 313 (screws, hexagon) on Hub; 12. Replace item no.313 (screws, hexagon) x12; 13. Replace item no.68 (screws, hexagon) x12; 14. Assemble the unit up to item no.40 (Shaft vehicle); 15. Check if shaft is turning freely after fitment is completed; 16. Top up gear oil to keep gears and bearings lubricated; 17. Note: No grease to be used on this unit, it is oily lubricated.
