The South African Legal Practice Council ("the LPC"), hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to conduct external auditors for the Legal Practice Council Financial Statements for the years ending December 2022 and 2023 financial years. Scope: - The service provider(s) will be expected to conduct an external audit of the LPC for the 2022 and 2023 financial years and provide a full spectrum of Audit and Assurance services - independent reviews and due diligence assurance; - The service provider is expected to present to the Council audited financial statements with audit opinion and recommendations to the Council, with areas of improvement. The audit must be prepared following approved guidelines and reporting standards approved by the relevant auditing statutory body IRBA; - The audit team is expected to report to the Legal Practice Council Head Office in Midrand during the audit.
