Scope: The municipality requires service providers to prepare the following: • Carry out an exhaustive assessment of the roof to identify any issues that are/could be responsible in causing the leaks; • Prepare a detailed design report outlining the findings, including as-built roof plan indicating the current status of the roof and findings is the investigation or study; • Prepare a comprehensive roof plan and showing the results of the condition assessment results; • The design report should include recommended repair methods to be used during the repair of the roof; • Procurement documentation for the appointment of a service provider to repair the roof including the bills of quantities.
