The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), on behalf of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), invites qualified interested firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the Development of LDCF and GCF Project Documents in the Area of Climate change adaptation. Expected tasks include: 1. Output A.1: Development of Climate Change Adaptation Concept Notes (a range of Funds); 2. Output A.2: Develop Full-Size Project proposals for LDCF funding; 3. Output B: Develop project documents for funding by the Green Climate Fund; 4. Output B1: Development of Green Climate Fund Funding Proposal and Annexes: • Activity 1: A feasibility study; • Activity 2: Develop the financial and economic appraisal; • Activity 3: Prepare an Environmental and Social Management Framework or Plan; • Activity 4: Gender Assessment and Action Plan; • Activity 5: Preparation of the GCF Funding Proposal and annexes; • Activity 6: Address one round of review comments either by the UNEP Project Review Committee or the GCF.
