      Begründung des Zuschlagentscheides: Nach Artikel 30 Absatz 1 der Verordnung vom 16. Oktober 2002 über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen (ÖBV; BSG 731.21) erhält das wirtschaftlich günstigste Angebot den Zuschlag. Als solches gilt dasjenige, das die Zuschlagskriterien am Besten erfüllt. Gemäß den Bewertungsresultaten trifft dies auf das Angebot der ISS Facility Services AG zu, das am meisten Punkte erreicht hat.

      Rechtsmittelbelehrung: gegen diese Verfügung kann innerhalb von 10 Tagen, von der Zustellung an gerechnet, Beschwerde bei der Gesundheits- und Fürsorgedirektion des Kantons Bern, Rathausgasse 1, Postfach, 3000 Bern 8, erhoben werden. Eine allfällige Beschwerde muss einen Antrag, die Angaben von Tatsachen und Beweismitteln, eine Begründung sowie eine Unterschrift enthalten.
