         Begründung des Zuschlagentscheides: Nach Artikel 30 Absatz 1 der Verordnung vom 16.10.2002 über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen (ÖBV; BSG 731.21) erhält das wirtschaftlich günstigste Angebot den Zuschlag. Als solches gilt dasjenige, das die Zuschlagskriterien am besten erfüllt.

         Rechtsmittelbelehrung: Gegen die zugestellte Zuschlagsverfügung kann innerhalb von 10 Tagen, von der Zustellung an gerechnet, Beschwerde bei der Erziehungsdirektion des Kantons Bern, Rechtsdienst, Sulgeneckstr. 70, 3005 Bern erhoben werden. Eine allfällige Beschwerde muss einen Antrag, die Angabe von Tatsachen und Beweismitteln, eine Begründung sowie eine Unterschrift enthalten.
