      Begründung des Zuschlagentscheides: Nach Bewertung aller Zuschlagskriterien hat Rein Medical AG das wirtschaftlich günstigste Angebot eingereicht.

      Rechtsmittelbelehrung: Gegen den Zuschlag kann innert 10 Tagen seit Zustellung beim Kantonsgericht Luzern, 4. Abteilung, Obergrundstraße 46, 6002 Luzern, Beschwerde eingereicht werden. Die Beschwerde ist im Doppel einzureichen und hat die Begehren, deren Begründung mit Angabe der Beweismittel sowie die Unterschrift der Beschwerde führenden Person oder ihrer Vertretung zu enthalten. Die angefochtene Verfügung und vorhandene Beweismittel sind beizulegen.

      Das zuständige Beschlussorgan des LUKS hat den Zuschlag am 8.2.2019 erteilt. Die Zuschlagsverfügung wurde allen Anbietern am 11.2.2019 individuell eröffnet, unter Hinweis auf die Beschwerdemöglichkeit. Für die Verfügungsadressaten ist ausschließlich diese individuelle Eröffnung der Zuschlagsverfügung maßgebend; die Zuschlagspublikation im Luzerner Kantonsblatt sowie auf simap.ch löst für sie die Beschwerdefrist nicht erneut aus.
